Upper and lower eyelid surgery to give a more refreshed overall impression. In this case a lateral brow lift would give even more improvement, but this is up to the patient. We sometimes perform both upper lids and brow lifts at the same time, especially when we anticipate that the improvement from the eyelid surgery will be masked by the eyebrows. However, there are cases like this where eyelid surgery alone can produce a result that makes the patient happy enough, and leaves brow lift as an option for a later date.
