Combination of an endoscopic browlift along with a lateral subcutaneous browlift. This patient had 2 failed brow lifts approx. 30 years prior and gave up on the idea of having improved brow position. An endoscopic brow lift with endotines helped elevate the brows in a deep plane, but there was still a significant amount of skin excess and laxity. A subcutaneous brow lift was used to help further enhance the results, giving her a more refreshed and overall happier appearance.
