Beautiful result to reestablish a more youthful and “rested” appearance, matching this patient's bright and lovely personality. A deep plane facelift with extended deep plane neck lift approach was used in this case. A major challenge that was overcome in this case were 2 prior placements of permanent threads. These were found to extend from the superficial skin all the way into the deep plane, right along the nerves of the face.
