Combination lip lift with a 6.5 mm excision via a subnasal bullhorn approach plus a direct lateral lip lift of 4mm to raise the outer corners. Even though a properly performed subnasal lip lift can recruit some of the outer lip, it can be limited by the relative width of mouth and nose, especially when the corners are hidden. A lateral lip lift with a direct approach can be a great adjuvant procedure for this purpose.
