Female late 40’s with a 5.5 mm lip lift for both rejuvenation and enhancement. This patient had multiple lip fillers in the past, leading to an over inflated, stretched, and unnatural lip. Despite dissolving, we still found some filler in the upper lip which had migrated over time. This was removed but residual filler in the lip itself led to a higher than average amount of swelling. This decreased over time to reveal a beautiful and natural lip result.
