A somewhat tricky lip lift to enhance proportions as well as lip shape. This subnasal bullhorn lip lift was designed to give that 3 dimensional central elevation for an otherwise very flat upper lip. 5mm was taken centrally and 6 mm laterally for this patient in her 40s.
