A revision chin implant procedure. This patient's first implant was elsewhere years ago in and created an unfavorable appearance. The implant was noted to be upside down and placed in the wrong orientation, facing downward, elongating the face, and making the prejowl sulcus worse. A new implant, of the exact same size (medium extended anatomical) was placed in the proper orientation, gaining improved projection and shape, while decreasing the prejowl sulci and vertical length.
