Just a couple of weeks after a deep plane facelift with extended deep plane neck lift. This lovely patient still has some swelling but the results are already obvious with natural elevation and a more defined jawline / neck line. The neck was a challenge as the trachea (wind pipe) has a very anterior (forward) position, and this will not allow for any further elevation.
