This patient never had filler in the past, has a naturally thin lip and “tight pocket” but wanted a BIG change. In cases like this I always advise starting with one syringe to avoid too rapid of a change, which can result in filler shifting. The first picture is a few weeks after her first syringe and the last picture is after a second syringe, which achieved the result she wanted.
