Patient in her 50’s with a Lip LIft to rejuvenate and enhance upper lip structure. A bullhorn incision was used, removing 5mm centrally and 7mm laterally. Patients with darker skin often worry about scarring and keloid, however, as you can see the scar is barely visible.
