Patient in her 40’s with a relatively more complex lip lift. This patient did not want to dissolve her lip filler prior to surgery, which can obscure the true lip shape and result in more swelling. A lip lift was designed with varying amounts of lift from 5 - 6 mm to compensate for asymmetries and to give the desired peaks.
