A relatively very young patient with genetic fullness in this area. She did not do well with fillers as she has a high tendency for swelling, which only led to more fullness. A lower blepharoplasty to transpose the very little bit of fat of the lower lid, and to elevate the SOOF fat (from below the lid) along with the muscle was used to create a nicer lower eyelid transition.
