Upper and lower blepharoplasty with lower lid and cheek lift suspension, and fat transposition. The lower eyelid surgery was done with a transcutaneous (through skin) incision, which was used to elevate and remove excess skin, while suspending the lower eyelid muscle and cheek to further improve results and prevent a downward pull. The fat from the under eye bags was used to fill in the under eye hollows, while the ligament was released with the lift.
