Lower facelift and necklift for our lovely patient with very thin skin. This was a challenging case as there was little to no subcutaneous fat. Due to the lack of facial fat in the upper / central face, we opted to avoid elevating the cheeks, as there was not much to lift. However the jawline was enhanced by lifting the SMAS, and the neckline improved with a midline and lateral platysmaplasty.
