10 days post facelift and neck lift with platysma to give our male facelift patient a more youthful yet masculine appearance. Male facelifts are based on the same concepts but the goals are slightly different. The way we maintain a masculine appearance is by appreciating the sharper angles and avoiding overly rounded cheeks. Upper and lower blepharoplasty were also performed for a more rejuvenated appearance.
